Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of 11+ Prep Hub ("the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use the service

Accounts may only be created and held by an adult (18 or over) who is the parent or legal guardian of the child using the service. Children do not hold their own account and use the service under your supervision and control. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login and parent PIN secure.

2. The service

11+ Prep Hub provides online lessons, practice questions, mock papers, progress tracking and AI-assisted learning support to help children prepare for UK 11+ entrance exams. We work continually to improve the service and may add, change or remove features.

3. Subscriptions, billing and trials

  • We offer subscription plans (for example monthly and multi-month plans). The current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page.
  • A 7-day free trial is offered on the 6-month plan: you won't be charged until the trial ends, unless you cancel first. The Monthly and 3-month plans do not include a free trial.
  • All plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period — the monthly plan every month, the 3-month plan every 3 months, and the 6-month plan every 6 months — until you cancel. Each renewal is charged as a single payment for the next period.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancelling and refunds

  • You can cancel any plan at any time from your account. You'll keep access until the end of the current paid period, and you won't be charged again after that.
  • As a consumer you may have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a new purchase. Because the service is digital content you can access immediately, by starting to use it within that period you acknowledge you may lose that cancellation right for content already supplied. Nothing in these terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights.
  • If something goes wrong, contact us at contact@prephub.uk and we'll try to put it right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not share your account, copy or redistribute our questions or content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Our content and intellectual property

All lessons, questions, mock papers, designs and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own family's 11+ preparation only. You may not copy, sell or share them.

7. Your data

How we handle your and your child's personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You retain control of your account data and can export or delete it at any time.

8. No guarantee of results

11+ Prep Hub is a preparation and practice tool. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular exam result, score or school place. Our content is designed to reflect 11+ exam styles but is independent of, and not endorsed by, any school or examination board.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally suspend it for maintenance or updates.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms or prices

We may update these terms or our prices from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Price changes will not affect a multi-month plan you've already paid for.

12. Ending your access

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
